Where Is Kirk?

I have been playing this game for over a year now, and have been to the end of Level 59, and the only appearance of Kirk was in the Drozana mission and he didn't have any lines. Is William Shatner a hold-out? Wasn't he offered enough pay? What's the deal, does anyone know? It just aint Star Trek without James T. Kirk!!

I dont believe he was ever recruited for a Voice over
But i dont think he'd do it either way.

Why don't you think he would have if he was offered? I saw him on the control deck of the U.S.S. Intrepid for his promotion of "The Captains" and he was absulutely eating it up! He loved it and we loved him. I just can't imagine the creators of this game passing over his voice. Everyone else is on board.

Eh, I think (hope) maybe he will before he passes on.

It's a kindness that I can hear Nimoy's voice here when inclined.

I'd even support a kickstarter ran by Cryptic to get enough scratch to get his lines read.

The point is
Hes had 6 years to do any Voice Overs for STO and to my knowledge he hasnt done any at all.

Yet Nimoy and a couple other people have done Voice Overs.

So i imagine its about personal taste or some such.

Uh he died on Viridian III. So unless they do another time travel, he won't re-appear in our current timeline. Another problem would be that, because of his age, he wouldn't sound anything like TOS Kirk anymore.

Ahh, I haven't reached that mission yet. If anything he should have done something for the Agents of Yesterday line. We could have used one more mission starring Kirk.

It was in one of the Star Trek movies that it happened, not in the game.

What?? I don't remember him actually dying dying. I mean he was sucked out of the Enterprise when the wave of energy thing hit the ship and ripped a gaping hole in the hull. ...that was Generations right?

But my memory has faded, and now I must watch the movie again. I just don't remember him being taken out of the entire time-line.
