Eh, I think (hope) maybe he will before he passes on.
It's a kindness that I can hear Nimoy's voice here when inclined.
I'd even support a kickstarter ran by Cryptic to get enough scratch to get his lines read.
Hes had 6 years to do any Voice Overs for STO and to my knowledge he hasnt done any at all.
Yet Nimoy and a couple other people have done Voice Overs.
So i imagine its about personal taste or some such.
You will read that sentence in William's voice, wether you want to or not.

It was in one of the Star Trek movies that it happened, not in the game.
Star Trek Generations i believe.
But my memory has faded, and now I must watch the movie again. I just don't remember him being taken out of the entire time-line.
