using promo codes?
Got a code from lootcrate but can't find anywhere to enter it

That code has to be redeemed via the ARC client

You can redeem any STO code at http://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem actually. Telling someone they can only redeem a code via Arc is a lie.

This code can only be redeemed via the ARC client.

Did you redeem this code? Did you put in a support ticket when the code came up as invalid on the key redemption website? Did you remember that the groupees charity code also required redemption via the ARC client?

These days, the only codes that work via that website seem to be the steam keys.

Hmm..

Didn't get the code, so, yeah. I could see Cryptic locking the code to Arc instead of using the online page. I, however, redeemed all my groupees codes on the website page I linked.

The online page worked for me, couldn't find a redeem option in the game client.

Really? Big ass "redeem code" button in "My Games > Star Trek Online" right below the the Star Trek Online logo.

This in ARC client, not the game launcher to be clear. No redeem in actual game launcher.

Yeah, cheeseownsu's thinking of the STO launcher, not the ARC launcher.
