Workaround though, as technically they are added to the map as "NPC" (also the reason why the scanner doesn't register them), they show up on ground map as little dots which you can hover over to see what it is. Have to be relatively close to it still though, game doesn't reveal the entire map NPC markers automatically. But atleast you can "see" dots behind buildings and stuff thus not needing to circle around everything,
Just curious if anyone else noticed this, but I detect a hint of Lost In Space music mixed in there, and I heard some Uhura-type TOS original theme type singing in the background of some of these missions..
