Regarding Mission: "The Vault"
Well, I made it this far. 40 levels in about a week. Now I'm at this horrible mission with nothing but a standard shuttle. What am I to do?????? Did that information officer have anything important to say regarding this little shuttle? I didn't pay much attention.

Okay. Cool. I'll just be in the s-type shuttle. I just picked up the mission and have to go to DeSoto at starbase 39 for a mission briefing.

You don't need to fly there in the shuttle, you get dumped into it when you arrive at your destination :)

Because that mission arc is designed to play most of those missions with shuttles. Its the most stupid and tedious arc of the entire game. And the vault is nothing.

Wait to play missions like last defense or i cant remember right now. One of em defeding a city with your shuttle. god.. what a stupid mission. Piloting a shuttle is already totally stupid but if you also need to fight hordes of other shuttles and you die all the time.. in a endless mission... the designers proably were stoned when they designed those missions. Well they were already stoned when they designed shuttle mechanics..
That was on the Romulan line if I remember correctly?

Regarding the Romulan line... yes that's the one. I'm at the beginning of the mission. You can join me as I enter the security grid code and we can go in, or I can come out and start from the beginning.
