Will you EVER fix the load-outs?

Every change of map I have to equip my armor, shield and weapon, it's getting ANNOYING. Please, pretty please, P L E A S E, FIX IT, it's been months like this.

they are aware of it. its in patch notes that issue is being addressed.

in all my 7 years i NEVER had this issue and why? BECAUSE I CAN CLICK A "SAVE BUTTON" saving your load outs fixes this WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT!!

No it doesn't, Its very clear you haven't switched out your gear for a while, considering you probably don't need too.

Many users are having this issue? So why are you trying to be the person attempting to think nothing is wrong.

Try doing it for ground equipment.

actually before this year. in all my years I didn't know about the save loadout button and only complained in my mind about having to re-add traits. since the game never switched out items randomly

To be fair, the loadout button is only a temp fix though for a specific issue and shouldn't even be needed as it is meant for something else - the saving of different ship loadouts, duh - and not for working around serious game bugs.

I like how that user is so angry and superior for knowing about a workaround that is only partially effective for one of all the issues with gear in the game right now and acts as if this is the intended solution and how can everyone be so dumb.

if I ever had changed loadouts it would have been manually. as is I just like the dual phasers from the promo constitution class I got years ago from some thing when I signed up. because of the classic tos sound attached to them. and all the gold consoles I have on the ship lol. but I just play story only

It is June 2023 and Star Trek online still has not fixed this issue, they do not care as long as the money rolls in.

it happens when i forget to save loadouts. specially with new ships.

they have fixed this issue, though; the fix is itself annoying, but so long as you aren't a literal mouthbreather and cannot distinguish between "save" and "exit without saving", it won't magically unequip all of your items like it used to a year back

not completely. when i switch to a new ship. even saving the loadout of my old ship does not actually help, as that is for the old ship. then when i switch instance, equipment is placed in the inventory, from the new ship.

My captain's ground and space traits just magically cleared themselves. I clearly missed where the loadout save was for those :)

Ah thanks, I am new so I have changed ships a bunch of times in a few days.
