The old "Show Armor" stuff got broken up into parts you can color in at the tailor.
There should be a dropdown box at the top of your character options where you can switch to the set armor you got.
Just go to the tailor and set the dropdown from "Uniform" to the armor set. Works for all other rep set armors too (Like MACO and Omega for example).
Edit: In case that was part of your question (and in any case nice to know): It doesn't matter what armor your toon actually uses - once you unlock a set armor, you can use the visuals without having to wear it on the character.
So you can wear your fleet armor or whatever and have your toon look like it's wearing the Dyson armor.
You can even kit out your BOFFs with the visuals now, as opposed to earlier where you had to grind out the sets for them to actually wear.
sorry for the constant editing and updates - it's late here and I'm dead tired ;)
There's my problem, I only unlocked the armor. Great, now I have to grind out another 1000 dyson points to actually 'wear' the armor... STO, the ultimate in making you work for everything, in the most boring ways imaginable...
Thanks though, at least now I know what I need to do.
My bad, I assumed OP had the rep set completely and I forgot about the actual unlock project.
Apologies.
Other than that, the ground zone is often still running (same amount gained though).
If you are desperate and have a little EC to spend, might be worth it to get a bonus mark ticket from the exchange, too.
If it's the first time a day + Bonus Mark boost + the first time bonus, it's pretty substantial.
Once per day.
But as you have noticed, it will still take a while unless you heavily grind.
Not sure about the current event STFs (if there is one), but those generally let you pick a mark package too, so it's a bit faster than doing those long zone missions.
Edit: Also complete the zones for extra marks. Just picking 10 here 10 there doesn't add up much. If you stay until the end (and participate) you get some more plus probably those rep project items.
Addition: I have completed my reps long ago, so I'm not quite up to speed - I know you can turn in project items to get dil, but I'm pretty sure you can also turn something into marks - though not a 100% on that. Take a look at the possible projects for the Dyson rep and see if you can find a mark exchange.
