Which ships are account-wide unlocks?

New player here, I've noticed there are several categories of ship availability:

• "Free" availability (require level-up requisition marks or "normal" currencies)
  
• Premium availability (Zen cost from ship vendor)
  
• Restricted availability (lockboxes/Lobi store, or purchase with EC from Exchange if available)
  
• Event availability

I've heard that some ships, when unlocked, are unlocked account-wide. I know that lockbox/Lobi ships are per-character, and I assume event ships are the same (?).

Are all free/premium ships account-wide unlocks?

I've also noticed that the Gamma Vanguard pack says this about its ships: "This ship was once only available in the Lobi store but is now included in this pack for every character on an account." I assume that every faction-eligible character will have these unlocks available, even if newly created?

Lobi ships you buy from the exchange, are account bound UNTIL YOU OPEN THE BOX. After that they are character bound.

About the gamma pack its because the pack includes some T5-U ships that previously, as the description says were only available through a lockbox (or the exchange of course). And yes, every single character of the same faction will have access (it should) to the pack. Althou i strongly not recommend you to buy it, but if you do that stupidity, keep that in mind.

But yes, event ships and premium ships are account unlocks, the ones unlocked by levelling (including the level 61 ship) are not, and neither are the lockbox/lobi ships.

Ok, here's my 2 EC.

Generally, all event ships (winter, summer, anniversary) are account-wide unlocks when earned as are any ships bought/claimed at the C-Store.

What is NOT account-bound is anything from either a lockbox or promotion, ships that are mission rewards (tier 3 Ambassador for instance) or any ships bought with dilithium at the shipyard, including shuttles.
