As for things being auto triggered, you can right click on thing on your toolbar and you then see a green border around it which means it's set to auto (also have to have it set in the game settings)... I don't know if you can set abilities to auto use or not though cause I like play the game and I time the use of my abilities and Kit Modules.. But anything more than that, then you'd entering scripting territory which I do believe will get you a visit from the Ban Hammer..
