Does anyone have a direct email to STO customer service?
Hi I really don't wanna ♥♥♥♥♥ about it but last week when Age of Discovery went live I bought 13k Zen been saving for a while to get some new stuff paid for it the money was taken have a reciept etc and i've fully checked it but I never got the Zen I have tried everthing from raising tickets to forum posts tweets reddit the lot but I have been systematically ignored and most of my posts have been deleted by STO forum admins despite being very carefull not to swear or anything. I really need a direct number or email as I don't want to be forced to go to the bank and have them reclaim the payment as I know STO are in the abit of closong any account down that does that and I have been a STO player since Closed Beta but I am ust not willing to let the money slide and just accept the loss as a writeoff nomatter how much STO seem to be determined to make sure I do

strange bc from my experience the support is rly fast when it comes to payment related issues

there is a live chat supprot aswell for it.... try it out

I did for a stucked character and that was solved suepr fast aswell

edit: on all other issues...the sup takes ages n doesnt even read ur issue properly and coems with c&p answers that totally miss the point of your issue

If you log into your account there you can see the status of any tickets you sent ingame

Did you purchase through STEAM or ARC? If you bought through STEAM, just click on buy zen in the C-Store and pick the amounts that adds up to the amount you paid..may be multiple purchases due to certain amounts being purchased at a time....if you bought via ARC or straight from the STO website you should have it immediately....

sometimes when you buy from steam it takes 24 - 48 hours for them to clear it as "not suspicious" .
like a thrid party check or something... happened to me when victory if life launched .. it took like 4 days...

the nice thing was that after i made a ticket... they gave me 1,000 zen for missing an event .. so 6000 zen for $50

i baught zen through steam today and it went through right away , my housemate also bought via arc and got it right away
maybe you have a different account linked with your steam / arc purchese and it went to that acc instead

it is sorted they were having an issue thousands of people were effected however and they had turned off thiere customer service for a few days so none of the normal ways wer working however once I made a complaint to the Better Buiiness Burough they investigated found Cyrptic to be at fault and I was completly refunded and given an extra 1000 zen as an apology

Have had sto hold funds for a few minutes as well. When i ask about it they claim some sort of anti theft check high volume noise.

wasnt a few months was over a week but sorted they admitted they had issues with the launch of AOD but thousands of people were affectted only solved when we starting bringing in the regulators

right in the main loadin screen. thyoe in user and pass? top of the screen u have the supprot botton. most time the support team will be in touch pretty quick.
folks can say what they want about sto. they have NOTHING on the support teams.
