Mostly from the exchange. The Baltim raider was, for a time, a popular PVP ship. Vonph is neck-and-neck with the Universe class (Enterprise-J) for the biggest, most ungainly ship in the game...but it has a really nice starship trait. It's typically one of the least expensive lockbox ships on the exchange.
The biggest questions you need to ask is "why do I want an iconian ship?" given what it takes to get one, and the fact that they're not all that awesome.
The Quas is a mediocre flight-deck cruiser. It doesn't have an experimental weapon slot (that I know of) and the only carrier commands it has are shield and taunt. No commander hybrid seating, and the seating is command and intel (the intel is ok... command is really only if you want a torpedo boat). The trait is trash (small HoT on shield heal, 10 sec cooldown).
The Baltim is a weird raider, but it's a nice all-around ship, which is part of why it was popular for so long. Other than the commander tactical seat, all its seating is universal.. with intel and pilot hybrid seats. 5/1 weapon layout is odd. Trait is decent (shield heal when you deal flanking damage). There are better raiders/escorts these days.
The Vonph is basically a flying hockey mask the size of Texas. Most people don't love carriers, and it's a 2-hangar dread carrier.. but has a decent offensive layout, with commander seating and 4 tactical console slots. She's a solid carrier if you swing that way... and the trait is fantastic... 7.5% cooldown reduction every 5 seconds so long as your hull is 80% or higher.. and unlike most cooldown reduction sources, it is not limited by the minimum cooldown.
The consoles are not universal, and their bonuses and click powers are minor and/or gimmicky.
now it has competition with other unloved/ugly ships
since ur question got answered laready i thougth I add soem fun facts
