How do I find out my account details?

Recently just getting into the game, and make an account via the launcher which afaik is linked through steam - however steam automatically logs me in every time I open the game, meaning I've never known what my actual account details are, and can't log in to other platforms to redeem keys

Can anyone help?

when you are on screen to select char, there are some account settings. plus you can also Log Out and you'll see the login email and prompt for pwd. launching from Steam does log you in automatically so if you want another account, Log Out and log in using another one, that should work.

Same issue here. And backing out to the login screen shows me an account name only, no email address, so I can't even reset the password since their password reset only works with email addresses.

tried that, no such luck, ended up making an entirely brand new account with that email lmao

Yes, same! So now I have 2 Arc accounts that aren't linked/connected to Steam. Rip x)

Sadly, for me at least, when I first made my STO account through Steam, I told Steam to auto-create an account with Arc. Doing so auto-linked it with this ghost-account. These Steam accounts can't redeem codes, according to support. So the codes I used through the Arc account I made to get the codes, are tied to that account and cannot be swapped/merged.

Bad enough they disabled my original account for this game and took away my paid for starter pack. This is bad business and I will stay away from this company from now on.

I emailed with arc customer support and there's no solution outside of starting from scratch with a new account made with Arc
