Server is unavailable at this time...?
Server icon says that the servers are up, however it cant connect to the login server saying that servers are unavailable at this time or that the server cant connect.

any idea why this is happening or when the servers will actually be back up for usage?

i find it funny that there is absolutely no word from the devs on why this is happening, im almost betting server issues caused by tencent. every game they get on their platform jumps almost 1000x base population within the first 24hrs. im betting they are migrating to another server (AWS-epic games servers owned by amazon) provider or they are getting server crashing from all the people trying to play. moral of the story, epic/tencent bad. watch them make it so you have to make an epic games account to play the game... i give it a year.

We are performing shard maintenance on October 7 from 9:15-12:00 PM Pacific (16:50-19:00 UTC). Please check the forums. just verified the launcher in steam and on launch this popped

The new House Shattered patch content also seems to have shattered DX, Phoenix Boxes, and the Game Servers..

Yup, working as intended and is just a new "Feature"..

Just CURIOUS IF the Server Status on the launcher is synchronized and changes as soon as the servers are up again ?

not likely, in my exp. switching from arc launcher to steam, its best to verify the launcher files after the specified time in the message if it comes up with a patch for the game then and the message is gone, then youre good to go... or you just wait until it auto updates launcher info which from my knowledge can take upwards of an hour.
