Doff assignments: find officers with ALL specified traits (for crit)

Hello.
Is there a way to do such precise optimization?
The in-game filter shows all the officers which have at least one of the selected traits.

I'm planning to write a Python script for it, but it will require manual typing in the entire doff roster from the game. But maybe I'm missing a simpler, or existing solution?

That's for research assignment critical accolades. It's quite an expensive project to get them all, so optimizing looks like a good idea.

Regarding Assignments that have 3 different traits for Crit.. Most assignments will have 2 of 3 that a faction's doffs will have and the 3rd being a trait a doff of the other faction ( Fed or KDF) would have...


Best way of getting Doff Assignments to Crit is swap all Doffs out who have a Success

Highest i've gotten Crit % was 35% (I think) And i have 50 Ultra Rare and 300 Very Rare Doffs on my KDF..

Didn't you have to manually pick out which Duty Officer you wanted when it was first introduced?

I remember being in game when it first came out and it was such a hassle I said to heck with it. Kind of like the auto set up they have now.

There is an option with your 1st officer BOFF, to suggest recommendations or not... Its recommendations normally aim for 100% Success (or as close to)..

Yes, you used to have to do it manually, it got changed a couple of years ago a few years now.
