Constant Crashing When Loading Maps/Zones

Whenever loading say warping out of SOL to the Solar Map the game will two thirds of the time just hang at a random point, and then crash.

Anyone run into this? and hopefully found a solution?

i5 6660k 8GB DDR4 R9 390 8GB - Windows 10 64bit

Yes, one of my game friends was also crashing on map change. He turn Bloom off in the graphics settings and seemed to have fixed it for him.

Thanks, will look at that, reduced it by disabling on-demand patching but not perfect.
