Leveling a T6 Ship

I'm looking forward to the new Vorgon ship from the summer event, but I'm not looking forward to the grind of leveling it up. Anyone know which space only missions or events award the most ship XP to level it up faster?

You can go from nothing to mastery 5 in about 20 minutes on Normal difficulty if you don't mind a bit of a grind. Head to the Gamma Quadrant and do the Argala system patrol... destroy the first 4 groups of enemies, then fly away and leave the mission... start it again and it puts you back at the start... 4 groups.. reset... 4 groups... reset. It doesn't trigger the mission cooldown, and you get more XP than running the Borg red alert each run.

If you happen to get the Hirogen as the enemy type, it doesn't hurt to have hazard emitters to counter their placate.

Yeah, one of those quadrants. I'm not even sure which one Sol is in.
