For Duty Officers, I'm a bit of a completionist, so I've finished all of the other Starfleet duty officer chains (including "Critical" on all the lockbox ones) except this one. I've check numerous "space in-betweens" and flown around the Alpha Quadrant both directions.

Is there such a thing as requiring the server's time to be a certain time of day before it appears?

The duty officer reward at the end isn't anything to celebrate about, but it'd mean a lot to me if anyone could help.
