If you want the most dps you should try and boost exotic damage as much as possible and try and keep your AUX subsystem as high as possible. Do not use A2B (aux 2 bat or auxiliary to emergency battery) as this will gimp your damage unless you factor it into your rotation (firing sci abilities FIRST then a2b later for other subsystems. This being said I do not run a2b on my sci, I instead use ship traits like supremacy to help keep power levels in check.
I'd give more advice OP, but you need to tell us what you want to accomplish with your build first.
The OP didn't say they were making science build, they were just asking about what to put in science console slots. The answer is, of course, that it depends entirely on what you're trying to build and there's no static answer to be had.
A2B doesn't require energy weapons, it just isn't useful on anything that requires aux power for obvious reasons.
Aux2Bat - auxilliary power to batteries. There are easy-to-obtain doffs that grant major cooldown reduction (10%) any time you trigger that boff power, and you can slot 3 of them, so it can be used a cheap method of maxing out cooldown reduction on your boff abilities if your build does not require aux power for anything (eg, science abilities or hangar launch reduction).
