That said, it's easy to move phoenix prize tokens between characters via account bank. The Phoenix ship packs are presumably character bound because with unbound packs, vets with sheer limitless dil coffers who already own most/all the old event ships would flood the market with (fairly) cheap boxes.
That said, I'm still wwaiting for Cryptic to offer a good explanation for why Phoenix ship packs aren't account instead. That'd still prevent flooding the market, and it makes no sense whatsoever the packs are reduced flexiblity compared to the tokens.
but yeah I lost items traits due to bugs worth some hundred MIL and even thou I had screenshots to prove it they wouldnt return the items....
