It's quite literally less work to get free in-game stuff than it was for you to post two messages whining about entering a code. What exactly did you receive for that?

The title is account-wide, as well as the outfit. The other stuff is charbound to the character you redeem the pack (from the C-store Promotions tab) on.

I reccomend Open it on one of your romulans, then You actually end up getting two borg-boffs. -One romborg and one huborg or klingborg depending on what faction your romulan belongs to. Yay.
