I'm a level 65 now and I've seen some ships with different color themes. Some cool some not so much in terms of appearance. I've picked up a few deflectors, impulse engines that add different colors. But I am not a fan of purple. Uhm straight to the question. Is there a RED Impulse engine steam? Where do I get it? Also is there any Black stealthy Hull visual for ships?? Thank's

The Iconian engines have a red (albeit short) trail I believe.

I think the dark starfleet material is 4 or 5. The Intel ships also have a very dark grey hull material, as well as the Avenger. It's specific to those ships though.

I'm not sure about any other sources for your "stealthy" visual.

You could also check out the Terran Task Force Shields/Engines they have a dark color scheme.

Sol Defense Impulse Engines from the "Midnight" mission have a 'fiery' impulse trail.

The only 'black stealthy' hulls that come to mind are the Intel and KDF T6.. come to think of it, all the Klingon ships have red impulse trails built in anyways. =V

Iconian and 8472 rep shields have very dark portions with red/green lighting accents, but they don't cover the entire hull in a way I suspect you're after.

Basically the "master list" of all items w/ visuals attached to them. Sadly, it doesn't tell/show what the visuals look like.

As for the hull, best option is Fed 4, which is what I use on my ships, but it's not really as dark as I'd like. If you don't mind a greenish tint, you can use the Reman Prototype Covariant Array from the mission "Coliseum", and that'll color the hull a rather shiny black.

Also, you can add some extra color to the ship by using the various pattern options under the "advanced" tab in the ship customization menu, but that's still rather limited.

True, but keep in mind using any equipment piece that alters visuals will override ship customization settings.

Yeah, forgot to mention that, but that only applies to shield visuals. You can use defelctor and impulse visuals and still keep those settings.
