Where to find assignment: Supply Caitian Research Station?

The wiki says it's in the Beta Ursae Sector Block, that block was removed from the game with the Trill Sector replacing the Kalandra Sector now, also, with me spending time in the Bajor Sector and Cardassia Sector I never had this mission spawn, does it spawn somewhere else now?

I can't say for sure, but I recently did the mission on a character that must've gotten it either in the Sol system, the Vulcan sector, one of the sectors enroute to DS9 (after crossing to the Alpha quadrant from the Vulcan sector), or the Cardassian sector (while visiting Rolor nebula).

Maybe travel bit? My impression is that the Bajor sector specifically is iffy at best in terms of correctly spawning doff assigments.

You can find it right near Earth under Personal assignments (I think it often appears on the main screen as well).

If you're still looking for it, I found it crossing the border going north from the Unroth Sector to the Argama Sector

I just happened to find it at the Khitomer Sector a few minutes ago.

The Caitians sure do get around. I was everywhere mentioned here. I got the assignment at Earth Spacedock, had the Doffs assigned, had the mats, and the Begin Assignment was Grayed out! (Inside Earth Spacedock. Argh, I've been everywhere mentioned to see if it would trigger, and now it doesn't show up. So, none of those areas are allowing me to play it.
I gave up in frustration and returned to Earth Spacedock and found out I had to be in the Sol system, in Space just outside Earth Spacedock. IOW, where I was in space after Transwarping to ESD.

We can find missions to the ends of the game's Universe but fail to catch the cankers next door down the trailer line.

FYI, many of the old sector-specific DOFF assignments like that, can now be found randomly through large parts of the quadrant maps near their old locations. There's often a double line (not visible directly) where the old sector block boundaries are... if you fly across that real slow, with the doff assignment window open, you'll see the list change twice. If you stop in between the changes, sometimes you can find some fairly rare assignments.
