Query; "Charity"? (That's supposed to be a Data joke)
Haven't really been that interested in fleet modules, and they don't always offer what you want in elite. I prefer Positron deflecters, the elite fleet modules only offer neutrino deflectors (I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the spelling of neutrino, didn't I?)
Don't think you did. I don't bother much with fleet stuff other than the obvious myself (locators, embassy boffs, research lab sci consoles). Have other gear I use instead.
That would necessitate you leaving your current fleet and joining the buying fleet though.
You could buy doff boxes from the fleet starbase for credits and sell the doffs that come from them but I don't know how much mileage you'll get out of that.
I can think of two ways to turn creds into dil. The loss when doing so is bound to be incredible however. I also don't know exactly how wealthy you are but from your comment on what kind of fleet gear you like to use.. maybe I'm wrong but I'm imagining you stilling on a measly pile of credits and thinking you're rich.
1. Find a long time player who still has saved banks full of old raw dil tokens. They don't exist in the game anymore but there are certain people who sell them. Don't even bother asking though unless you can trade multiple billions as if it is pocket change. Also I'm not going to namedrop. So if that's something you're interested in I'm sure you have the dedication to find out about them in game.
2. Fleet Credits -> Doffs -> EC -> Keys -> Lockboxes -> DIl Mining Claims -> Turn in for DIl Vouchers... of course it's not raw dil you can use for anything. Only rep or fleet projects and the conversion rate on lost EC when every time you open a lockbox and don't get what you're looking for is massive.
No. Even rather inactive fleets don't have trouble getting fleet marks. The current incarnation of CCA pretty much broke an already easy to come by currency for good.
