Are the dividian missions still available? I've talked to Quinn and Drake and looked around on the net but can't figure out how to access them.

Yes they are.

Go in your mission journal (J) and check the Available tab. If it is not there, you may need to skip the added TFO introdution missions in your episode list and/or go talk to Admiral Quinn on ESD (or equivalent faction chief).

It looks like I have 3 TFO mission, and I can't skip any of them. One of them is SB24, which I know is gone.

Starbase 24 is in the Available tab given by FED Admiral Grigori Yanishev, with the rest of the old CoOp missions.

If you cannot skip a mission, it is because the skip button is waiting somewhere else for you to use it. Press J, go to the first category of episodes and look down the list for the skip button. Then just keep hitting Skip and Hail to Accept till you get one that requires you to physically do it. Any episodes that require you to do a TFO, just hail and accept it to hold it in your In Progress list.

you can not play "the dividians" missions, "cold war", or "lost dominion" sagas til 65. at least i can not.
