Rank Pips and Uniform Colors

Any way to get TNG or Voyager style Rank Pips?

Also, does anyone know for sure what the colors of the uniforms are in Voyager? I'm mainly having trouble with:
The Undershirt - (In the show it looks like a very light purple?)
Command/Tactical - (Red)
Science/Medical - (Blue)
Engineer is easy enough, I went with I21

For now I went with H8 for the undershirt, but I could swear that the undershirt in the show itself is like a very light purple, maybe like G13 or G14? I'd like to hear your thoughts. For the Combadge I went with the "TNG - Film" badge with A14 and A3 colors, do you guys think this is close to the show?

Last but not least, is it just me or is the "Loose - Deep Space Nine" pants broken? Every time I try to put them on, it autoswaps it for "Loose - Banded 1" or "Loose - Counselor" which I almost got charged 550 Zen for, but luckily I noticed before I finished. So for now I use the "Loose - The Next Generation" pants, as they are ALMOST identical, but I do notice a slight difference.

The pips come with which ever jacket you pick, so no cannot use the pips you'd prefer on something else.
