How to equip bought uniforms

I just started a new character within the tos faction, I visited the tailor but cant find the wrath of khan uniform anyway, I went in advance option, tried all combination, but no results, seems like I wasted my money.

you wont get it untill you can get to esd go to tailor there and u will be able to

I went to a tailor, and I couldnt change it, though for some reason I could change it for one of my officers, but not both of them

Ugh, that's been a long time, but as far as I remember I couldn't actually change costume on my TOS char until being whisked away to 2409.

Well that sucks, I hate using that uniform, the tos uniform is ugliest uniform in the entire star trek universe,, the movie uniform was so much of an improvement
