I see some set with part we cant get anymore? example this

Is there a way to get last part? or get the event mission? I didnt find on internet.

You can get the Krenim Chroniton Torpedo from the Krenim Science Vessel, in the Phoenix Prize Pack for an Epic token.

Realistically that means you're better off not thinking about the krenim torp, to be honest.

give it a while probably will end up on lobi store on in a phoenix box

Phoenix is recurring, every few months or so.
