Anyone know how to get a Galor class without zen?

Only if you find a special reward box that You can afford for EC on the Exchange. STO store does not sell the Galor class ship.

Yeah, the exchange is your best bet, and that's gona cost you a pretty chunk of EC

Ignoring the fact that you'd want the Keldon (T6 Galor) instead of the Galor itself.

some people want the Galor, just because it's a Galor, Keldon is a different hull, even though ingame it's basically an upgraded version, got a friend that's been opening old cardassian lockboxes looking to get one, woln't touch the T6 one as it's "not a Galor"

Yes you can, hence why anyone bothering with the T5 Galor would be making a huge mistake in investment. The reason its expensive is because its got a collectible status, because they don't drop anymore.

The T6 Keldon can use the Galor model with both red or blue deflector variants and has a vastly improved layout and a neat little disruptor lance console. I know, because my KDF engineer flies one.

It can also get the spiral wave disruptors if I remember rightly. Those seem like meh weapons though.

Yes, but you can only acquire them if you have the Galor or Keldon.
