New Romulus Command; Bugged?

For a day now I have not had the option to beam to New Romulus Command when I enter the New Romulus System. I can only beam to the settlement.

Yes, I meet all criteria for it. My Rommie has been going to Command for a while now. It just happened out of the blue.

I enter the system and where I should have the options to beam to Command (or Embassy) I now only have the option to beam to New Romulus itself, the settlement.

Have you gone down to the New Romulus adventure map and completed the two introductory cutscene? Once the game knows that you've been introduced to that map, the option to go directly to the Command Center should return.

I've been avoiding doing that because I find it obnoxious. But if I have to, I have to. I'll try it, thanks.

Nevermind I see why now. It's because of where I was in the storylines. The initial cutscene shows Obisek talking to D'Tan as if relations have warmed up, which fits with the Freedom arc. My bad. No bug.

Well as I said it was related to where I was in the story arc, however, I can not recall if I was able to go to the Embassy while not in a fleet. Though I don't see why it would matter. I just can't recall. Sorry.
