To echo what has already been said, Trellium-D plating isn't doing much for you, and there are better uses of the console slots than PDMs. If you do opt for the assimilated console, pair it with the kinetic cutting beam in your aft weapons for the 2-piece set bonus. I find every build benefits from a weapons cost reduction system of some sort, and that's the easiest one to get.
Something to boost your transfer rate might go well into the spare slots... either the Reinforced Armaments console or just an EPS flow regulator. Faster transfer rates means less time for drained weapon power to recover.
Upgrade the blues to purples since it costs nothing but time to do so (you can get them from the same mission you got all your nausicaan gear from).
