Wen i changed ship i lost my shield item and my warpcore and impulse and some console WTF man i want them back ;(

Did you Release(delete) a ship without removing gear? Yes, you can lose gear in a ship if you delete it. Maybe you could check with STO CC and get it back.

hell why delete a ship in the first place put it in your dry dock so you can still use it for admirality assaignments

They probably went into his Overflow Inventory or somewhere else. Note he said nothing about deleting his ship, just changing to a new ship.

Click on the slot for your shield (or any other item) and it should display every shield you have equipped, in your inventory, bank, etc.

OP has 449 hours on STO shown by steam, so i figure they are not new to game, should know about the overflow and ship selector and such.
