i havent played this game since 2015 due to the c-store BS but now my favorite ship is in the game, im willing to spend real money to get it for once, but how? its saying i can get it at the exchange but not being a payed STO member idk if i have the credits, so is it posable to turn the "z" coins or arc points what ever there called, into credits to buy it?

yea.. it'll cost you about 300 Keys which is a little over 300$ to convert them (by selling on the exchange) in to Energy Credits.. 1.5 Billion to be exact.

P.S. It is a Single Character Unlock!!

You can buy the ship by buying keys with Zen, and then selling said keys on the exchange (you'd also need the EC cap increase from the C-store for $5 though).

It'd cost you about $375 though.

Math:

1,500,000,000 EC per dreadnought / 5,000,000 EC per key

that's about 300 keys

300 * $1.25 = $375

337,5$ if you buy the 10 stacks, by your math.

I did it quickly, using single keys. It would be more cost-effective to buy the 10-packs then the remaining in single keys though.

It's usually not so bad, but the in game economy determines values of ships. Higher cost comes from it being a big favorite and rarity. This ship coming from a ONE TIME ONLY R&D promo. Those promotions are the rarest.

If you had another ship on your list that is still currently available, it would be another story.

No one is stupid if they have money to spare and don't have anything else to use it on so they toss it in a game that they play.. the logic is quite simple. That way they are both getting something they can afford and something they want, and by doing so they support the game.
There is no problem in that for anyone but you N3mes1s..

Oh man, now I'm being brainwashed again into thinking I need a new ship again. This ship is very interesting.

Seriously? so, for you is totally ok to give such insane ammount of money to a company that is continously laughing at your face??? im not surprised STO is so screwed and that quality control is non existent. Sorry, anyone who actually invest money in this game is not too smart, and someone who invests such ammount of money is totally out of his mind, totally stupid and he needs a doctor.

Of course if you are one of those dumb non brained rich kids or, a money whale you wont care about the money. But still you will be even more stupid than the others lol.
+1

I'd stick to lobi, lockbox, or c store ships for the sake of sanity.
