Cant drag items to hotbar
Trying to move some items to the hotbar isn't working (consumables like heals and weapon/enegry boosts)... this a known issue?

Are they equiped? you can drag them from inventory only once they're equecked. and make sure the hotbar isn't locked.

apparently the only way i could do it is by hitting "p" and dragging the icon from there instead of directly from the character sheet... brilliant design. /s

Make sure you didn't lock the hot bar by accident. I've done that a time or two.
