Can't Buy ZEN

I'm using Steam for STO and the overlay isn't working making it impossible to buy zen through Steam. Please Help.

If you right click your profile name in the upper right and select Account Details you can add funds into your Steam Wallet, and can buy Zen that way.

i am having the same issue and though i have addded money to steam wallet is isnt allowing me to by zen through the game and also i have tried contacting perfect world as of tonight they said to contact steam about the issue and i cant figure out how to contact steam (and i really dont want to play phone tag with arc again) i cant figure out how to contact steam and ask them about this issue cause it wasnt always like this in the past

well, i have issues in that department, too as you may have noticed.. I did a little research and the general consensus seems to be that ARC/Cryptic want customers from steam but not them making transactions through it.. Your best bet is to use arc's website apparently.

If you still wanna try it via wallet try to verify game cache. Steam should at least replace 2 files. Now close steam and restart it via the STO desktop shortcut. If it still doesn't work you either wait 1-2 weeks and try again or use their website.

Man, looks like they rly don't like money. I suggest you try to buy a sub, it's just as messy as buying zen apparently..
