How do I claim my lock box prize ship?

A few days ago I opened a Delta Expedition Lock Box, and received a message that I had received a T6 Benthan Assault Cruiser.
How/where do I claim it? There is no item in my inventory, I've checked the dilithium, Zen and Lobi stores, and I have been back to the shipyards, but it is not listed in the available ships (not even as a buyable option).
I know I did not dream it, as I still have the Admiralty ship card for it...

check your overflow bag, maybe it got put in there

If the overflow bag refuses to open, type /lootcancel into the chatbox and it should work.

As you said you have the card for it did you have a spare ship slot? As far as I know cards don't get given until a ship is unboxed.

@n3mes1s, he could have opened the box and not recieved the ship. Ships briefly become items in your inventory, therefore it is feasible that if OP's inventory was full, the ship item went to the overflow bag which would prevent OP adding the ship to their roster, but allowing them to get the admiralty card.

If you try and open a box without room for the ship you should get told it's not possible to add more and the box will stay in your inventory.

Cards usually appear after the ship has been added into the roster.

The only exception might be if it was a box that gave a choice of ship as thats a box in a box but as far as I know the benthan cruiser in question here had no alternatives unlike for example the sheshar which was originally only intel but later got an option box for command or intel.

Being a factionless ship it wont carry the USS, RRW, IKS tag so should be at the top of the list in the ship roster.

I'm pretty sure I had available slots in my Inventory at the time, but my ship slots may have been full. I have checked, but found nothing in my overflow bag.
I am now on my way back to the shipyards, after completing a mission in the Delta Quadrant, and will have 1 more look at the Ship Requisitions officer.

The Requisitions officer wouldn't have the ship since the only way to get it is through boxes.
