EULA problem
If you have problem with accepting EULA please try delete this file and launch the game C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\LocalLow\BeardedBrothersGames\BikerGarage\Options.data

Don't helps, any cursor on screen. No keys working as enter, escape or PgUp, PgDown
