Team Packs and MVP Mods

I’m excited to be getting this game on sale although I know SMB4 is coming soon. I will be playing on a steam deck and am learning about mods or team packs I can download. Can you download multiple team packs into the game itself or only one at a time? Sounds like you can download many and choose which teams I want to be part of a custom league?

Can you have multiple custom league save files going at the same time as well?
