Problems with Look at me, I'm the Doctor Now Achievement

I think I have found out how to get it, but I am not sure if what I have detailed in my guide is the correct way to get it: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3425718924

From the guide: 'TLDR: After getting a Horadric Lutefisk Cube, whilst being within the Pocket Dimension, open it up and then place the cube into it's own slot.'

Please let me know what you think of the guide and if this should be the correct way to get it :).
