What achievements get locked after the tutorial?

These are the ones I know of. Are there any more and how do I obtain them and the ones I don't have?

[x] Red Bug Down - Jump on the bug spaceship
[x] Learn the Ropes - Do some tutorial quest

Not sure what to do
[_] Save the City - Finish the tutorial?
[_] Stop the Invasion - Finish the tutorial?
[_] We are the Champions - Talk to all champions (is this before or after I enter the champion hall at the end of the tutorial?)
[_] Vanquished Black Talon - ?
[_] Ironclad Offensive - Help Ironclad take down the Mothership (where is this? I did the open quest where I collect cannon parts and whatever but I can't talk to Ironclad or anything?)

If you complete the tutorial, you should get most of those, but I'm not sure that We Are The Champions is still available since they changed the tutorial a while back.

You have to talk Kinetic later on in-game when the cop send you to him.

Addendum; that is if your character talked to the others.

Save the City might require you to complete all available quests in the tutorial but I forget. And not all available quests are part of the chain so you might miss them. I know of at least one, an escort quest, that is easy to miss.

The others you listed, not counting We are the Champions which can be done after the tutorial, you should get when you complete the tutorial, except maybe Ironclad Offensive; Ironclad Offensive is either from completing the open mission (but you said you did that) or from completing the tutorial (because at the end you actually launch the Ironclad Offensive and take down the mothership).

I wish I had known about Red Bug Down, didn't get that on any of my five characters as far as I know; though the name of the perk sounds familiar so maybe one did get it or I had gotten it in beta and forgot about it by the time I played again.

When you start the tutorial there's a bug-looking spaceship crashed on the ground. You just have to jump on top of it.

Stop the Invasion you should get naturally by doing all the missions to protect the city and the open mission near the end.

Save the City is easily missed. Especially the escort mission for the mayor's daughter, saving that cat, and foxbat's mission.

As for We Are the Champions, Defender is in Ren Center. Sapphire is in Vibora Bay. Witchcraft is in Downtown. Kinetik is in City Center. Ironclad is in Monster Island.
Sapphire: She's near the mayor at the very beginning.
Kinetik: You can't talk to him here anymore. He's at the bottom of the stairs before entering HQ.
Witchcraft: She's at the entrance of Champions HQ, outside.
Defender: You talk to him inside Champions HQ.

Launch Ironclad is done inside the Champions HQ. Not missable. Vanquished Black Talon is done inside the HQ, also not missable.

The only other permanently missable achievement is Out of the Wasteland achievement for the Desert Crisis.

Other things are missable, but can be revisited freely or through quest sharing to enter specific instances.
