So, is this good, decent, waste of time?
As a huge coh fan, sadly it did not appeal to me very well, for one thing coh was big on group mechanics and sadly hardly anyone even talks to you in groups in this game and while the mechanics may be decent its hard to tell while your leveling, and it seems there is no reason to group for leveling.
The powers to me are lacking allot of super power flair that coh had not to mention the depth, while the customization is unique the leveling if getting new powers is scarce and not very interesting.
The actual character creation is on par of not better then coh, however its not as unique to me because I prefered cohs cartoony look to this comic book look.
One thing this game does better then coh by miles is travel powers, huge factor for roleplay here.
Then for actual combat, it tries to be action based but it isnt, I found the combat boring compared to coh, allot of powers lacked umph, I didnt care for the sound effects either, but its really odd as this game tries to be fast paced but it seemed even clunkier then coh, and coh seemed to go at a faster pace then this game, not to mention coh felt allot more chaotic in a good way when there was allot of people around.
Now maybe this experience changes at later levels, and do keep in mind I played for free while I tried this, this game could of been updated but I tried this again 4 or 5 months ago, but looking at the updates I dont see allot of big changes, and yes I did play it during the rework of the tutorial and etc.
successful runs range from 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on how well you can get your team to work together.
Theres a guide on steam I think for it as well.
