Tanking Question

I am using a freeform build to craft a tank. I shall try to spare some of the details, but it use Constitution, Strength, and Recovery. I have a lot of survivability, but I need help with threat generation. Is there two good maybe aoe type melee moves that I can apply challenging strikes to? I am also considering support drones and ricochet shot.

sparkstorm is a pbaoe and should be considered str based, you can also use primal runes for pulse aoe and thatll piss any mob group off

Sparkstorm is a RANGED PBaoE and scales on EGO not STR. It can still work well on a STR based tank however.
