STO did announce this week that it will be on consoles but it doesn't compete with something SOE is behind. And STO does have regular updates and about to put out another expansion this summer. I don't play or like Neverwinter so I don't keep up with that. But it seems Cryptic gets out 10 new content updates not just being lockboxes or costumes but actual game play like missions before CO gets any attention at all.
When STO was released, both games were 1 to 40 to level cap. CO is still 1 to 40. STO went to 1 to 50 then 1 to 55 then 1 to 60. And since then added many missions. Not to mention a third faction. Plus the lockbox content releases at a faster clip too. CO is the least they do things for.
