Retcon Token works how?

So, Im fighting that stupid virus spider. My character was doing great up til that. Ive made characters that beat it solo. Anyway, I figure what I need to do is swap out the dark energy thing that paralyzes mobs around you for the gadget chainsaw.

So I go into the zen store, plop down ten bucks so I can have enough to get a retcon token then I can get back to playing - I figure. Nope. The token isnt in my mail, Its not in my inventory. There isnt a button on my build window nor my powers window. Buhhhhh.....

So, anyone know what you are supposed to do to use a retcon token you bought? I know I bought it cause my zen is down to 25.

Retcon tokens are used at the Powerhouse trainers. Each token allows you to wipe your powers, stats and specs clean once, without a need to pay resources for it.
It does not allow you to switch out just one specific thing though!

Ah, okay. I ended up making another character since that one was only level 8. This new one is level 18 now so I think I finally found a build that works for me. I guess I'll save it to retcon one of the two other characters I have later,
