Therakiel and Nephilim Wings

Does it still drops from Vibora Bay cathedral? Sorry forgot the name of the dungeon.
I realize that I don't have it unlocked on my main account, and I wish that you could help em with that.

Just want to unlock both.

I used to do that when we kinda all had a chance but always got troubles due to my macro on the H key.

I know I got Therakiel wings from Therakiel himself, but it's been a few years.

Both are drops from therakiel, though the nephilim wings have a *tiny* chance to be dropped from the nephilim master villain mobs. the chances of them dropping from antyhing else are too small to count on.

Loot tables are the same across the whole faction, excluding mission-specific mobs, named mobs and bosses. If you go after master villains specifically, your chances of getting the drop are much lower than if you just farmed Nephilim in general.

The original unlocker for Nephilim Wings was a piece of gear that was removed by the On Alert update, thus they had been unavailable for a long time.
Therakiel's Wings used to be a guaranteed from him if you beat him on elite difficulty, but I'm not sure if that is still the case.
