Defiance can give you a higher level of resistance than Invulnerability and has the nice added bonus of granting energy when you are hit. On the other hand, Invulnerability has the flat damage absorption which makes mobs do very little damage to you. Stack this with IDF and you have an extremely hard-to-kill Tank. The damage resistance granted from invulnerability is also high enough to comfortably main tank any content.
Lightning Reflexes is good IF you can get 100% dodge chance. If for example you are tanking a Cosmic and you can only hit say 95% then you are giving yourself a 5% chance per hit to get killed.
Regeneration is nice for general content and makes soloing a breeze (then again most passives do). However, the decreasing damage resistance is too low for it to be a viable main tank. I've seen people Off-Tank with Regeneration but it hasn't performed any better than if the Tank had Defiance or Invulnerability + some self heals.
As for Personal Force Field, this is possibly the worst passive in the game. It's nice to have a huge health pool, but once your shield goes down you are out. It's a shame as I do like the concept of this one.
