Destroids Rise Again

How do I investigate Destroids? I have defeated some, but it led to nothing.

You don't investigate them. I know, mission instructions can be odd. But here is what you should do:
* Gather a large group of players, about 20. Also, don't forget to hit the team-up button.
* When the open mission in Downtown starts; go hunt, kill Destroids.
* Once enough Destroids have been killed in the area, five generators will appear. Destroy them.
* When all generators are dealt with, two Mega Destorids will spawn in front of the Battle of Detroit Memorial. The group now has to split up evenly, to make sure the Mega Ds are seperated far enough not to have overlapping AoEs and go down at about the same time. Because when the first dies, the other becomes a lot stronger.
