Character creation issues

Resubbing after a few years off to play around, I noticed I am having creator issues. Several items that show up "unlock" on my character creator don't show up when I log into the game. I am also getting a bizarre cape fickering. I have searched Arc and here but haven't found much help resolving this. Anyone have this and manage to fix it? (I have also reached out to support)

As for the capes, if you're talking about when you move the camera to put them in view and they spaz out, that's normal. It's essentially the came "popping into existance" for your screen.

Ah okay, so they aren't actually unlocked, which is odd since I have characters already in existance made with the options that are showing unlocked (but aren't now?). Probably an issue related to the conversion to the FTP model.

The spazzing out on the capes is pretty much all the time, camera moving, not moving, character creation selection screen, pretty much everywhere.

Subbed accounts have quite some costume sets already unlocked unsubbed accounts need to buy from the Z-Store to unlock, so if your account is silver now thats most likely the issue.

i used to play this game in open beta and a bit after release but its been years now, is it still worth coming back to? is the playerbase healthy or is it simply too late now?

try lower gx settings; their engine is archaic
i'd say, well, for free you can't really lose
however, if you want a shared bank, try subbing for a month, you get a hideout (permanent) with a shared bank; and you can try out the freeform character system, which is pretty cool

also cool is whatever package they are selling with 20 keys, for unlocking loot boxes; i got the one in winter with the wolf combat pet; was able to unlock a gravbike vehicle from one of the loot boxes.

if you like playing just one game at a time, then go ahead and sub. i like bouncing around.
I'll probably not play till they make freeform free for all
