Help With New Shadows Costume Farming

Like the title says I need some help in regards to farming the New Shadows costume pieces. I have spent hours in Vibora Bay, specifically in the Graveyard where the vamps spawn like crazy but I have not found a single drop and I don't just mean costume pieces. Not a single item of any kind has dropped AT ALL.

Am I doing something wrong?? Seriously I am so confused. I need these pieces not only for my vamp character but the pieces will go well with my victorian and steampunk toons. Any tips or help would be lovely.

You can also get them for recog, might be more reliable to farm those.
Not sure about the graveyard, might be that they don't drop stuff there since their way increased spawn rate their is only due to the one mission where you need to take out 100(?) by using those tanning devices.

When I farmed vibora way back when the costumes werent available in the recog store and prices in AH were way higher I'd say it was on average a drop in maybe 2 hours of constant farming, but REALLY don't take that as a regular interval for drops, sometimes got 2 within ten minutes and sometimes didn't get anything out of a farming tour of several hours.

Recognition, there are some different kinds of it, UNTIL-Recog that drops from mobs and you are awarded for alert-dailies before you hit lvl 40, Silver Champions recog, wich you get for alert-dailies when hitting 40 and a bunch of other things and Gold Recog that comes mostly from cosmic-fights and some other stuff.

A lot of the costume drops from mobs can also be purchased for until or silver recog.

Wasn't there a recent update where they removed item drop from the vampires specifically in the graveyard or somethin along those lines?
