make sure you PSS DEX
also, LR is not a passive I take early, its one of those passives I personally anyways respec into around lvl 30ish, for lower levels imo LR is still kind of squishy, in my experience passives like PFF/REGEN/Invuln are the best to use while leveling, they give more survivability upfront
The observation that taking Lightning Reflexes does not influence dodge and avoidance in any way is pretty much impossible, maybe you hadnt actually confirmed to take it.
Lightning Refelexes wont get you up to 100% dodge though, meaning if you have a rather low HP number and a big hit isnt dodged it hurts alot.
Lightning Reflexes should pretty much always be combined with bountiful chi resurgence with the resurgence reiki advantage, wich makes its heal trigger whenever you dodge and having con as a superstat to have a nice cushion of HP to take that big non-dodged hit and heal up again helps a lot too.
Thus inthe long run Lighting Reflexes as a defense is a bit of joke...as it doesnt actualy mitigate damage.....its like a bad version of Invulnerability.
And no....respecing at high levels to get it wont help it....it will always underperform...thats the reason most players dont have it.
Go ahead just highlight other players...and you will see.....they just dont use it.
And now you know why people avoid it.
