How do I unlock the Legio Ferrata Emblem?

I completed the game and have all the colours unlocked, but I'm somehow missing the Legio Ferrata and Legio Vixi Emblems.

I got the Legio Vixi Colours after I finished Gaul (I think), but not the Emblem for Ferrata. It's one of the coolest emblems out there and I wanted to have it for my second run-through, so this one not unlocking irks me to no end.

Does anyone know how to get it? Do I need to march on Rome instead of disbanding my Legions at the final Rubicon interlude in order to fully defeat Ferrata and get the Emblem?

I would like to know that, too.
I invaded rome in my saved game and didn't get it either. There must be another way.

I'm beginning to think it's a bug, since the Ferrata colour unlocked but the emblem didn't.

Would be nice to hear from anyone who DOES have it unlocked. So far, I haven't seen anyone write that they have.
