banner question pla help

i meet someone in the camp that promise me to give a schematic for a banner i paid but cant unòlock any banner. how to have it ? whsat it does ?

If you paid for a banner, you already have the schematics for said banner.

Go to your inventory, find the schematic for the banner and learn the recipe by dismantling the schematic. Then go talk to Sextus, he'll make an idol or standard of Mars , which is the necessary unique crafting component needed to create the banner of Mars or Jupiter, can't recall which is first. Once you have that, you can craft it your Armory/Forge/Foundry.

The banner is a tactical item, there are two in the game. I can't recall the specifics of what boon they provide, either one had something to do with morale.
